These terms govern your use of Rilievo Analytics (the "Service"), operated by RILIEVO ANALYTICS # Public HTTPS origin the site is served from. By connecting a TikTok account to the Service, or by receiving campaign reports from it, you agree to these terms.
The Service reads post performance data from TikTok accounts that have been connected to it with their owner's consent, and presents that data as a campaign performance report to the brand or agency running the relevant campaign.
The Service is read-only with respect to TikTok accounts. It cannot publish, edit, delete or otherwise alter content, and it cannot send messages.
Connecting is done through TikTok's own authorization screen. We never ask for or receive your TikTok password. When you authorize the connection, you permit us to read the data described in our Privacy Policy and to share the resulting campaign report with the brand for whose campaign you have agreed to create content.
You may disconnect at any time from our disconnect page or from TikTok's app permissions settings. Disconnecting ends the Service's access immediately.

Campaign reports are made available to the brand or agency running the campaign. Each brand receives only the data for its own campaign. Brands agree to use reports for evaluating campaign performance and not to redistribute creator data to third parties without the creator's consent.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We aim to keep the Service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service depends on TikTok's APIs; if TikTok changes, restricts or withdraws access to those APIs, some or all functionality may become unavailable. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Metrics are supplied by TikTok and reported as received. We do not independently verify them, and TikTok may restate figures. Reports are provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as an audited record.
Creators retain all rights in their content. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any content to us. We retain all rights in the Service itself, including its software and branding.
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if required by TikTok, or if required by law. On termination we delete data as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Material changes will be notified to connected users by email before taking effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and the courts of Italy have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
